Azalea Fundraising Auctions will arrive the day of your event with a diverse collection of fine and decorative art, memorabilia from the sports, music and movie entertainment world.

Your collection will be carefully designed to ensure the success of your event

Certificates of authenticity are available

Collections include a variety of media and styles including

Original oils, watercolors, signed and numbered limited editions, lithographs, fine art prints, etchings, serigraphs,

Woodcuts, giclees, animation sericels and children’s art ​

The sports, music and movie memorabilia selections will span a variety of categories

from legends of the nostalgic past to present-day heroes and celebrities.

We have developed strategies to earn money for your organization in a variety of ways; some providing a profit for you before the doors even open!  Our proven formula will help you meet and exceed your expectations.

You earn revenue 7 different ways:

 

 

1.  TICKET SALES - You determine the price of tickets (printed for you at no cost)

100 tickets at $25 each = $2,500.

2.  AD SALES - We provide your guests with a catalog. It will include any ads you sell.

3.  SPONSORS – We encourage you to seek sponsors for your event; individuals, businesses and corporations. We can provide ads for them in your catalog at the level of their sponsorship – Platinum, Gold, and Silver.

4.  LOCALLY DONATED ITEMS AND SERVICES -  Secure donated items and services for a silent auction component to your event.  Our Auctioneer can auction “live” any higher ticketed items generating some additional enthusiasm and profit for your cause!

5.  “ART FROM THE HEART” Contact your local art teachers asking them to create 6-8 class projects – any medium.  We will frame these works and include them in the live auction, a great way to attract parents and extended family to the event. You will realize more revenue as parents and grandparents compete for the winning bid on these “masterpieces.”  You will be amazed!

 

6.  AZALEA WILL DONATE 2 WORKS OF ART beautifully matted and framed to your organization to be used as raffles or door prizes.

 

7. A SLIDING SCALE PERCENTAGE OF WHATEVER AZALEA ITEMS ARE SOLD

Beginning with 20% - 35% in increments of $7,000.

Your Auction Coordinator will work with you every step of the way in a

“turn key” formula for success.


Your auctioneer will delight and entertain your guests for a fun, interesting, informative and exciting experience.

 He will put your guests at ease with his light-hearted approach.  

His goal is to raise as much money for you as possible.
